  • Much of the custom art in the app is courtesy of Brian Kim. Brian also assisted with a constant stream of suggested layout improvements.
  • The gorgeous icon and splash screen of a baseball are a stylized version of adwriter’s great baseball photo.
  • The empty seats when no game is selected on the iPad version is a stylized version of a photo by Adam Fagen.
  • The baseball photo seen on iPad when a player popover fails to load (1.6+) is by Sean Winters.

This app was originally designed to be a sister app to MLB Scoreboard, an Android score tracker written by a Sean Schulte. Mine is better.

Love the app – it,s the best one out there for baseball. I have one problem though. For batting stats going across you go ab h hr rbi. It should confirm to every other box score out there in which after ab should be runs next followed by hits then rbi’s. Home runs could the be fifth not third.

Amazing app. Would pay to have landscape video when I rotate my iPhone.

    Great app. very impressive work.

Q: how did you get MLB approval?

Q: did you have to pay for the live source data?

    Great app!

One suggestion … it would be really useful if you could tap on a base and see what runner is there. Even better if it showed how the runner got there as well.

    Hello

I have been enjoying the batters box app but lately there has been no audio on any of the highlight playback. Is there any fix for this?

    Thank you!
    Paul
